Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • United States (USA)

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note:

Delays may occur due to payment verification, incorrect shipping details, or high demand periods. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (48 contiguous states). 

    For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us at  support@kkvlight.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–8 business days

Total Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery = Processing Time + Shipping Time
    3–11 business days

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be sent via email after shipment
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

Cancellations

  • Contact us immediately at  support@kkvlight.com if you wish to cancel your order
  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has started

Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors and look around your delivery area
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  • Email us at  support@kkvlight.com and we'll assist you in contacting the carrier

We recommend shipping insurance for orders over $500. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • High seasonal demand
  • Remote or rural areas

Address Changes

Address changes are not guaranteed after order placement. Please contact us immediately if needed.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address may require additional handling or reshipping.
